In home care software solution for ‘Support at Home Program’

The new implementation date is now 1 July 2025. The information in this post has been updated for comprehensiveness, in light of the deferred date.

e-Tools Software will continue supporting clients through the Government merge of all in home care programs to a single ‘Support at Home Program’. Plans are in progress for our new in-home care software solution to manage the new Program requirements.

Although the implementation date may seem distant, experience has shown us that early planning is essential to successfully manage a Government-led change of this scale.

In the meantime, we are encouraging providers to onboard now to our existing home support or home care software applications. This will ensure you have sufficient time to familiarise yourself with our software and prepare your data to meet the new requirements.
