e-Tools Software introduces the new Agreement Review feature in the National e-Tools Resident Agreement (NeRA) Cloud software, designed to ensure you stay at the forefront of reforms compliance requirements.
Under the Aged Care Act 2024, every residential Service Agreement must be reviewed at least every 12 months or when the resident requests. From 1 November 2026, the first annual reviews will be due.
NeRA Cloud will be ready to help you with this process before the due date – the new Agreement Review feature will be released on 8 October 2026.
