e-Tools Software is excited to introduce the eSA Cloud Supplier Portal, enabling aged care suppliers to update expired or renewed documents to the system themselves.

This new function will significantly save time and reduce the administrative workload required to track and update supplier documents.
Previously, only eSA admin users could make these updates, but this new function means that suppliers will have the convenience of updating expired/renewed documents themselves.
There is a reminder system within eSA that will automatically send reminder emails to suppliers, plus a section that allows admin users to review documents uploaded by suppliers.
The streamlined workflow offered by the eSA Supplier Portal reduces manual workload, is time-saving, efficient and importantly, helps aged care providers maintain compliance in this area.
