📢 Updated IT Vendor Guide for self-hosted clients → Steps for eSAH installation

Please be advised an updated ‘IT Vendor Guide – Prerequisites & Installation Setup’ document was released on 15 October 2025. If you are a self-hosted eSAH client, it is important that you refer to the latest version of the guide to complete the pre-installation process before eSAH can be installed. 

If your hosting is managed by e-Tools, you do not need to make any changes.

As a self-hosted eSAH client, you will need to follow some important steps to prepare your environment for a smooth installation of eSAH software.  eSAH cannot be installed until you meet the prerequisites and complete the pre-installation steps. We appreciate your urgent attention to this matter, as 1 November 2025 is fast approaching.

⛔ Steps 1 to 7 are to be completed now. Please stop at step 7 if you are completing this process before eSAH is released.

Step 8 onwards can only be completed after the release of the eSAH application.
