eSAH software ready April 2025 – Early release and preparation!

e-Tools Support at Home software will launch in April 2025! Be ready for the transition with advanced but user-friendly features to manage new requirements + guidance from our experienced team.

We’re excited to share that the e-Tools Support at Home (eSAH) software is nearing completion. We are aiming to release the demonstration version in late April 2025. This will provide time for clients to become familiar with the new setup and software, and be ready for the 1 July 2025 transition.

The new e-Tools Support at Home software is aimed at:

  • ensuring providers check off the new SAH funding & reporting requirements
  • empowering providers in the delivery of personalised care
  • enhancing operational and financial efficiency

You will see a user-friendly interface with similar ease of use and functionality to the existing eHCP Web. Check out the new eSAH features & benefits here.

Due to the enormity of the changeover, we will be introducing a priority system to manage data migration. You should already be starting your data planning and preparation, but in the coming weeks, we will have information available on data preparation tips.

We’ll post regular SAH updates including key information from the Department and guidelines to ensure you transition smoothly and on time.

Please be mindful that the new SAH program has very different rules to the HCP model, and will require major changes to your current systems. It is every provider’s responsibility to know what is required of them; please navigate to the Department website to find a range of detailed, updated resources. For your convenience, we have provided the main SAH program links below, to help you prepare for the transition:

The e-Tools Software team is in the process of compiling and summarising key information that providers should be aware of, but we urge providers to be proactive and start reading the information that has been published by the Department.

We have guided clients successfully through many Government-led transformations in residential care, home care, home support and NDIS for over 2 decades. Transition to SAH with our support and leadership. Please don’t wait and reach out to us now with your enquiries.
