Issue with agreements affecting Windows users resulting from Microsoft Windows update
If you have issues with agreements or letters in NeRA, eHCP, eSA, eRAD or ePC Windows, please access the Microsoft article here to fix the issue.
We are aware that some users are having issues viewing and generating agreements in NeRA Windows.
The issue appears to be a result of a Microsoft Windows update on 13 December 2022. Microsoft have published an article on how to fix the issue; please find a a link to that article further below.
Please be aware that the following Windows applications may also be affected, so kindly follow the same steps provided if you encounter any issues:
- eHCP Win agreements
- eSA agreements
- eRAD letters
- ePC forms
You can apply this fix as described in the Microsoft article to address the issue. Please forward this to your IT department if necessary.
