NeRA & eRAD Cloud releases – 26 Jan 2026

Please be advised that the following software applications will be updated on 26 January 2026.

🔔 Action Required – Mandatory DocuSign Configuration Update: Following the NeRA Cloud update, to ensure your agreement dates and time stamps are accurate, please have an Administrator verify settings in the DocuSign Portal. Please refer to the release notes for further instructions.

🛈 To access the updated agreements in NeRA Cloud, you may need to log out and log in again to your Cloud Gateway.

eRAD Cloud v1.0.41.0

• Fixed Facility Retention Report
• Fixed Prudential Letter Template
• Correctly update RAD/RAC Balance
• Allow users to refund residents on current date

All Cloud Clients – Scheduled outage notification between 6:00PM-8:00PM AEDT:
All applications on the Cloud are impacted by outages, so we need to make you aware of the outage and enable you to plan around this downtime, although there should be no changes to the functionality of the application. We try to run the updates after hours, to minimise any potential impact.

Please be aware that whilst we make every effort to meet the SLA notification and scheduled timelines, there may be occasions where we are unable to do so, due to reasons beyond our control. In some cases, we may also decide that it is in our clients’ best interest to update or release software on short notice, to ensure clients are not negatively impacted.
