📢 Importance of the Test Site & Your Opportunity

The NeRA (National e-Tools Resident Agreement) and eRAD (e-Tools Refundable Accommodation Deposit) Cloud sandbox test environments were released a couple of weeks ago, marking an important step in ensuring clients are fully prepared for the upcoming reform. This is a unique opportunity to access a test environment ahead of the Aged Care Act and aged care reform commencement on 1 November 2025. The test environment contains functionalities and features that will help you meet new compliance requirements.

There are major changes to aged care providers’ requirements and processes, but clients using our sandbox will gain the advantages of a head start. By preparing now via early testing in the sandbox, you will:

• be ready to meet compliance requirements on time,

There is no cost attached to access the test environment, and we encourage you to get on board now to take advantage of this rare opportunity.
