Fees updated & live in software

Please be advised the1 July 2025 Fees and Charges update is now live in the e-Tools Software applications shown below:

• NeRA Windows
• NeRA Cloud
• eRAD Windows
• eRAD Cloud
• eHCP Web

There is also an update to the Maximum Permissible Interest Rate [MPIR].

IMPORTANT NOTE: Kindly log out, then log in to your software again. We highly recommend doing this to ensure updated fees are reflected in your software.
