Common questions about our new e-Tools Support at Home software – eSAH.

 

This page will be updated regularly as we receive new questions from home care/support at home providers.

The Data Mapping Document is now finalised and will indicate the information that will be migrated from eHCP to eSAH software.

Installations will begin in the first second week of June, based on a priority system of which organisations have signed and paid for the eSAH subscription first.

No, a guarantor is optional. However, since client contributions can reach up to 80% in some cases, having a guarantor offers a safeguard in the event the client defaults.
