eConsumer Account Delete

To delete your account from the mobile app, follow these steps:

  1. Open the App: Launch the app on your mobile device.
  2. Authenticate: Log in using your account credentials if prompted.
  3. Open the Drawer: Tap on the hamburger icon (three horizontal lines) typically located in the top-left or top-right corner of the screen to open the navigation drawer.
  4. Find Delete Account Button: In the drawer menu, look for the “Delete Account” button or option directly listed.
  5. Select Delete Account: Tap on the “Delete Account” button.
  6. Follow Prompts: Confirm your decision by following the on-screen instructions. You may need to enter your password again or verify your identity.
  7. Complete the Process: Once confirmed, your account will be scheduled for immediate deletion. You might receive a confirmation email or notification.
