Announcement: e-Tools Software Management Structure Changes

Dear valued client,

I am writing to advise you that we are currently in the process of restructuring e-Tools Software to better meet your needs going forward. To achieve this, we are embarking on organisational and management changes within e-Tools.

We are all aware that the aged care and NDIS sectors continue to be subject to change and reorganisation, with significant new arrangements pending over the next 24 to 36 months. This knowledge has prompted e-Tools to undertake the current restructuring plan, which includes personnel changes and expanding the organisation’s capacity to better support you.

Mr Mansoor Ali has been appointed e-Tools’ new General Manager. Mansoor joins the team with extensive experience in IT-specific service management and he is a qualified computer programmer who fully understands the aged care and NDIS requirements. Mansoor has previously held senior management positions and due to his previous role with e-Tools, has detailed knowledge of e-Tools’ applications and roadmap. As such, Mansoor will be ideally placed to assist you directly and lead the e-Tools team in delivering its specialised software solutions.

Mansoor will head up our current e-Tools team of 50+ specialist personnel, committed to providing first-class products and services that will continue to meet industry changes and client expectations. e-Tools’ focus, in particular, will be on software integration, cross platform communication and SaaS/Cloud technology, utilising API and CSV pathways plus contemporary technologies, including mobile technology, to maximise the advantages to you.

Another major change we’d like to notify you about is Mark Kong has decided it is time to pursue a new interest. We wish him well and acknowledge that Mark has been a strong and positive influence in the e-Tools journey, and we will miss his contribution. On a positive note, such change brings the opportunity to review and reset goals and targets. This is a major part of our restructuring plan.

We look forward to your ongoing support, as we present you with new solutions that will meet your expectations. It is anticipated over the FY 24/25 period, e-Tools will further expand its team by 15% – 20% to accommodate a broader range of software and to upgrade existing software solutions.
