With a background of over 40 years in aged care management consulting, e-Tools Software’s founder and Managing Director, David Powis, had a rare insight into the challenges of managing an aged care business.

David saw room for change through technology. Combined with his genuine passion for the industry, e-Tools Software was created in 2004, with a focus on supporting providers with effective compliance management.

Our Successful First Launch 

e-Tools Software’s pioneer resident agreement software National e-Tools Resident Agreement (NeRA) was the first of its kind in Australia and was widely embraced by providers. Our flagship product, NeRA is currently the most widely used aged care software for resident agreement generation across Australia.

The Evolution

e-Tools Software currently offers over 10 applications to support residential aged care, home care, home support and NDIS providers. We adopt contemporary technologies to ensure you stay a step ahead and we continue to evolve with industry changes, the latest being the Support at Home transition.
