BUFFER YOUR BUSINESS

Prop Up Other Parts of Your Business to Cushion the Impact

As a start, we recommend reviewing and reinforcing the following parts of your business to mitigate the impact of the July 2025 changes.

  • Financial: Reconciliation of funding, Claims process.
  • Service Operation: How best to manage your community care team and empower them to deliver quality care, Engagement with consumers and families.
  • Information Security: Protection of client data.

RECONCILE & OPTIMISE CLAIMS

Transparent Reporting via Services Australia B2G Connection

Reconciling is such an important process to ensure you receive the correct amounts and are not missing out on funding. The e-Tools Reconciliation (eREC) software automatically reconciles your Government receipts against your claims data, verifies matched transactions or identifies discrepancies whilst the data in current, to help improve your outcomes.

e-Tools is now 1 of 7 software providers certified for Business to Government (B2G) HCP claims. Claims can be submitted directly to the Services Australia B2G Gateway via eREC to streamline information exchange and uplift care – this upgrade will be released in coming weeks. We’re also in the process of expanding this certification into Support at Home, NDIS and Residential Care.

MANAGE & EMPOWER YOUR TEAM VIA MOBILE TECHNOLOGY

Maintain Standard of Care, Financial Outcomes & Compliance

It’s imperative to help your workers deliver safe and quality care in the community, no matter where they are. Harness the power of mobile apps to empower your care workers.

eWorkforce Mobile App – Real Time Access to Client Service Info

  • Latest care plans and handover notes to ensure they are always referring to up to date info.
  • Service information recorded at the point of care, which is relayed back to eHCP base software.
  • Early ID entries based on AWACCS criteria to record major changes in care recipients’ health to identify issues that may need to be addressed.
  • Ability to close off services on the app, which updates the Delivery Plan, saves time at End of Month, and allows you to submit funding claims earlier.
  • A job broadcast function that shows alerts of new service assignments, which they can instantly accept on the app.
  • Record travel information to assist with payroll.
  • Fingerprint & facial ID login option – convenient & secure.

Seamless Staff Scheduling

Our eWorkforce & eConsumer Mobile Apps are driven by the e-Tools Staff Records Management (eSRM) software. eSRM  acts as a central repository for essential staff records, to meet Quality Standards requirements, with an intuitive Staff Scheduling Module.

Staff records in eSRM, including classification and availability, combine with client service information from e-Tools Home Care Package (eHCP) & e-Tools Home Support (eHSP) software, to seamlessly power Staff Scheduling.

Adopt our home care software & mobile apps now to ensure ongoing compliance & a less stressful transition to Support at Home.

PROTECT YOUR CLIENT DATA

What are you doing or NOT doing, to secure your client data?

As custodians of data, information security is a vital part of your provider responsibilities. e-Tools Software uses Amazon Web Services (AWS) for data hosting, renowned globally for reliability and security. e-Tools is also certified to the latest ISO 27001:2022 Information Security Management System. This certification demonstrates that we comply with the highest international standards for information security, ensuring that sensitive information is protected by the most advanced security measures against increasingly sophisticated cyber threats.
