Cloud users – Scheduled outage notification between 8:00PM-9:00PM AEDT: All applications on the Cloud are impacted by outages, so we need to make you aware of the outage and enable you to plan around this downtime, although there should be no changes to the functionality of the application. We try to run the updates after hours, to minimise any potential impact.

Please be aware that whilst we make every effort to meet the SLA notification and scheduled timelines, there may be occasions where we are unable to do so, due to reasons beyond our control.
