e-Tools to the Rescue: A Case Study on Providing a Management Solution
The introduction of the LLLB changes to Residential Care in July 2014 created a number of new challenges for Providers. As a result, e-Tools undertook some major changes to our software to keep pace with the new requirements.
One of the new changes meant that Providers needed to maintain a 40% supported ratio otherwise they could experience a significant drop in funding. e-Tools realised that we could help Aged Care Providers by developing a tool in our electronic Dashboard [eDB] to track the supported ratio distribution of a facility in real time.
