Staff records in eSRM, including classification and availability, combine with client service information from e-Tools Home Care Package (eHCP) software, to power our STAFF SCHEDULING module.

Service information is output to e-Tools’ eWorkforce and eConsumer Mobile Apps to complete the cycle of information from provider to staff and consumers.
