  • The Home Care Package software (eHCP), enables you to automatically calculate monthly claims reported to Services Australia and track consumer Unspent Funds.
  • The Home Support Programme software (eHSP), helps you to plan, deliver and track one or all your services to clients. DEX uploads are hassle-free.
  • The National Disability software (eNDIS), is designed to streamline tasks for the support coordination team and mobile staff, to enable participants to achieve their goals. Key eNDIS features include: create a support plan, create a service booking under the new PACE system, create a service schedule based on the NDIA Price Guideline Item Funding Level, and produce an activity statement for any period.

Streamline Staff Scheduling

The eNDIS, eHCP and eHSP programs connect to the Staff Record Management program (eSRM), which stores staff training, qualifications and their expiring records in one place. This allows peace of mind knowing where staff sit with their training and qualifications to comply with quality standards.

The information from eSRM powers our Staff Scheduling module, and the eWorkforce and eConsumer Mobile Apps.

Stay Connected with Mobile Apps

The eWorkforce App allows field staff instant access to scheduled services and consumer/participant information. It also allows staff to accept shifts and close off services from where they are when completed.

An Early ID Assessment tool is available for staff to use to identify a decline in a consumer’s health status, for urgent action by managers.

The eConsumer App enables consumer/participant and family involvement in the care process, allowing them to track their services and to request a reschedule or cancellation of services. They can provide input and suggestions via a feedback tool, plus access consumer statements* directly on the app.
